To provide the best service to all of our pet families, we kindly request at least 24 hours’ notice for any cancellation. Visits canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged the full scheduled visit fee. Thank you for your understanding and for respecting the time reserved exclusively for your pets. 💜

• Holiday rates apply to actual holiday and day after- Easter, July 4th, Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Year

Liability:

At The Pampered Paw, your pet’s safety and well-being are our highest priorities. While every reasonable precaution is taken to provide safe, loving, and attentive care, pet owners acknowledge that animals can be unpredictable and that accidents, illness, injury, escape, or unforeseen events may occur despite the highest level of care.

The Pampered Paw is fully licensed with the State of Ohio and insured. However, we are not liable for illness, injury, loss, death, or damages resulting from pre-existing medical conditions, acts of nature, natural aging, undisclosed behavioral issues, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Clients agree to provide accurate, up-to-date information regarding their pet’s health, behavior, medications, and emergency contacts. In the event of a medical emergency, The Pampered Paw is authorized to seek veterinary care if the owner cannot be reached. Any veterinary expenses are the responsibility of the pet owner.

By booking services, clients acknowledge and accept these terms and agree to hold The Pampered Paw harmless from liability except in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct.

Photo and media release

Permission to Use Photos & Videos

I. grant The Pampered Paw Pet Sitting and Erin permission to take and use photographs and/or videos of my pet(s) for the following purposes:
Social media (Instagram, Facebook, etc.)
Website and online marketing
Promotional materials and advertising
I understand that:
My pet(s) may be photographed during normal visits or care
No personal identifying information (such as my address or full name) will be shared without additional consent
These images may be used without compensation
Privacy & Respect
The Pampered Paw Pet Sitting is committed to using all images respectfully and professionally, with the intention of showcasing the quality of care provided.

Emergency Vet

Emergency Veterinary Care Policy

If your pet experiences a medical emergency while in the care of The Pampered Paw Cincy LLC, every reasonable effort will be made to contact you and your emergency contact immediately. If neither can be reached, we are authorized to seek veterinary care to protect your pet’s health and well-being.

The pet owner is responsible for all veterinary fees, medications, treatments, and related expenses.

A transportation and emergency assistance fee of $50 per hour (up to 2 hours) will apply for time spent transporting your pet, waiting with them, communicating with veterinary staff, and coordinating emergency care. Additional time beyond two hours will be discussed with the pet owner whenever possible.

Your pet’s safety is always our highest priority, and we will make every effort to ensure they receive prompt, compassionate care in the event of an emergency.
